Lound white noise, and two way audion not working.

This started some time ago. Initially it was fine. Read another thread here and seems a software update fixed it. Not for me. Using IOs and it seems the issue is accross multiple phones, tablets, and also on my PC.

After upgrading software with no luck, I also tried removing the device. Disconnected wires, reinstalled to network, but that didn't fix it either.

Frustrated as this is my second Video Doorbell to malfunction in 1 year. First one just completely died on me.

Also products are seriously lousy in quality. Seriously.
