      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a subscription, use the app to go to Settings, Support to see the options for talking to official support. You'll also need your receipt to prove it's within warranty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, battery life is usually worse when recording many videos (using activity zones won't reduce recordings, just whether the recordings are deleted or displayed in Feed) and/or signal strength/quality. If you bring the doorbell inside for testing do things work better?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same problem. I have an Arlo 2K doorbell with chime. Battery life is now down to about one week. I'd like to replace the battery -- or failing that, replace the doorbell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very disappointed that Arlo isn't owning up to this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
