Hi all,

When I try to add the Arlo Video Doorbell 2k 2Gen to my account I can't find the option to add second generation devices, I have checked and the version of my app is 5.4.0 (8887). The look and feel of my app seems to be different than the one I'm seeing on the videos.

Where are you? Not all regions can install some cameras yet since Arlo doesn't always release them worldwide. There are ways to get around this such as using a VPN but that's for folks who are somewhat technically inclined.
