Need help accessing video before paid plan

We had an incident that occurred with footage captured on the doorbell that we need to get access to. We did not have a paid plan at the time of incident but signed up for a paid plan within 30 mins. Can someone at Arlo get access to this video for us?

Since the footage was never actually stored, there is nothing to get back.
