    <description>&lt;P&gt;My camera is recording and is capable of being played back to my phone. However, when I look at the display of devices, this particular camera does not display anything other than and exclamation mark inside a red circle. Upon tapping that, I am told that quote your Arlo device appears offline." I have tried turning off the base station and turning it back on to no effect. What to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW thanks to Arlo for the total lack of telephone support. Waited on for ages to nop effect. Booked a call back also to no effect. They really should be doing better.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is doing this to every time to go to the app to check my camera it’s offline even tho my base has the green light on. I have to close the app and go back on to get in. It’s getting very annoying now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
