Notifications pop up twice when camera detects something

Whenever my Ultra 2 camera detects audio or motion and sends me an alert, I get two notifications on my iPhone. Only one notification seems to stick, so I only see one notification when I swipe down to bring up my Notification Center, but I get two pop ups about 10 seconds apart when the motion/audio is first detected. Is there a way to disable this?

Is it for just one motion/event or all motion/events?

It seems to be for every type of motion, or at least Person Detected and the generic Motion Detected.

Are you on iOS or an android device, also can you please provide me what version you are on?

I'm on iOS. I believe I'm on version 5 at the moment, but this was also happening on version 4 of the app.

I am experiencing the same for quite some time (three/four months i guess, might even be longer). I guess it is an app thing. I am on ios using, as soon as they come out, the most current version
