&lt;P&gt;You can try support if you like.&amp;nbsp; If they replace the entire camera, you will need to pay for the return shipping (they will pay for the shipping on the replacement).&amp;nbsp; Note this is a user-to-user forum, and I do not work for Arlo.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It looks like one of your three copper squares might be completely gone - is that the case?&amp;nbsp; Or is it just more badly tarnished than the other two?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to use anything to clean off the oxidation?&amp;nbsp; If you google, you'll find a few simple recipes (lemon juce/white vinegar + table salt being one).&lt;/P&gt;
