Account access - need to change email address, cannot access old work email

Hi-

Hoping someone can help with this problem. Am trying to change Arlo access from a work email address (which no longer exists) to a personal email address. When I try to login, it looks for 2FA, but under "try another option" only thing listed is email, not a phone #.

Chat does not give me this option.

Can a moderator please assist? Saw that ShayneS helped others via PM, but I don't have that option!

Please help!

Can you PM me with the best email to have the team to reach you as well as the email address associated with your Arlo account?

The email you have for this Ev_B is not associated with the Arlo account.
