Arlo ultra 2 not connecting to meshed satellite

Hi,

trying to connect my Arlo 2 cameras in my shop. I set up 2.4ghz network and connected when by my house, went in to the shop where I have a meshed satellite, my phone is connected to the 2.4ghz network and signal is full strength, but the camera is not connecting. Any ideas? Do I need to order another hub?

Ultras only connect to an Arlo smarthub, not your home wifi. Can you confirm the camera model?

I am thinking that the cameras are at your home, and you are trying to connect to them while you are in your shop. Is that the case?

If it is, then I suggest

double-checking that you can connect to the cameras when you are at home with the phone connected to your home wifi
try to connect again at home when the phone is only connected to your mobile data network

Camera model is ultra 2.

i can see the live feed from active cameras in the app.

I connected the cameras by the house and walked over to the shop.

Will a SmartHub in the shop solve the problem?

No. The cameras connect to the smarthub, and the smarthub connects them to the internet. There is no value in having just a smarthub in the shop.

Where are you seeing this live feed?

At home?
At the shop?
both??

Are you seeing this livefeed when the phone is NOT connected to your wifi?
