Hub keeps going offline

Just installed the ultra 2 pack with hub.

For whatever reason the hub and cameras seem to keep going offline then back online.

Hub is connected via ethernet and I have sky broadband.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Having the same issue. Hub model number is VMB 5000
