Mirror image on camera

I have a mirror image on a camera, can’t seem to clear it. Tried various things, but it seems to keep coming back when I view the image on apple devices, any ideas?

DId you try

removing the camera from the account
doing a hardware reset - holding down the sync button inside the camera until the LED flashes mber (about 15 seconds)
adding the camera back to the account

I tried doing exactly that yesterday, I’m afraid it didn’t work. Haven’t a clue what else to try. I’ll do it again when it stops raining and see!
