You need to have it plugged into record with CRV. My timeline is all there but why is the battery draining when it is plugged in I don’t understand&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does this show the same on both the app and the web client (my.arlo.com)? Have you tried logging out of the app or force closing it to see if the display changes? Try removing power and reinsert the battery and reconnect power to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
