I was robbed today following an amazon drop off. No motion/sound detection between 1320-1730 despite the system being on alert post the delivery guy leaving the item, I found the empty box down the road so can confirm this is a thing

I’m a big fan of Arlo but ultimately when it really mattered I now have no footage of what has happened and we bought the package last year following a robbery. My question is how much is happening day today at that isn’t being recorded?

Just to clarify you do have recordings of the amazon delivery but not after that?

Yes correct, following delivery at 13:18 there is then no further footage

How the subject approached the camera could make all the difference. Slow motion directly at the camera may not have triggered a recording. WHat's you motion sensitivity set to in your modes and rules? Have you increased it from the default setting? A screenshot of the camera view may be useful.
