    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had a look through the various discussions but haven't seen one quite like my problem...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some days I can view recordings in the App and some days I can't. On the days I can't I get the message - "There was an error obtaining your library. Arlo team is working on this issue."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been going on for many months so I figure this is just a default error message because they don't have something more specific.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The odd thing is this is an intermittent problem so I seem to have the settings right... or not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got 4 Ultra 2 wireless cameras and 1 Arlo Q. All cameras are connected to a base station. I chose not to get a cloud subscription and instead got a microSD card and that's where I'm storing the recordings. The recordings are there because I can see them when I put the SD card into my laptop. The problem is when I try to view the recordings in the App - sometimes I can and sometimes I can't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any tips on what I'm doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But perhaps do some testing to see if you can find a particular scenario that fails.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For instance, try disconnecting from wifi, and see if that makes any difference.&amp;nbsp; It might matter whether you are connecting wifi to your own home network, or someone else's.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you use a VPN, try testing whether that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;
