Ultra 2 video settings

When I go to video settings and where it says pinch corners to set recording area, I cannot do that. If I pinch and let go, everything goes back to the full screen. I always have a green circle in thd middle refreshing. It will not go away and I cannot pinch my corners to set my area. WHY WHY WHY

It sounds like you are trying to set up activity zones. Here is a link that explains how to set those up.

Nope. What im talking about is under video settings. Click on that and it says pinch cornerd to set up cameras recording area. Activity zones is the one under video settings. Totally different thing to click on.

If the thumbnail is always refreshing I don't think anything is gonna work. You may need to reposition the hub to get a better signal although hub and camera reboots may help.
