    <description>&lt;P&gt;Two of my cameras are Arlo Ultra 2 cameras. &amp;nbsp;They went offline on September 15, 2023 at around 3:28am (I have one of them on a CVR plan, and that is when the timeline clips stopped). &amp;nbsp;Since it is my understanding that Arlo does its firmware updates around that time, I assumed that the outage was the result of an update and that Arlo would correct the problem within a reasonable amount of time. &amp;nbsp;When that didn't happen by evening, I became concerned but did not have time to address the matter until this afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first thing I did was search the Arlo Community forum, where I immediately saw that lots of other people were experiencing the same problem. &amp;nbsp;I read some of the posts and decided that, as much as I dreaded doing it, I would pull down the cameras, remove them from the account, and add them anew. &amp;nbsp;I tried this on one camera but my base station would not automatically pick it up, and I was unable manually to get it in a state where the amber light would start flashing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then started an Arlo chat and was told I would be walked through the process to get the camera back up and running. &amp;nbsp;During the session, the assistant told me to hold down the reset button for approximately 15 seconds. &amp;nbsp;At that point, I realized what I had been doing wrong: &amp;nbsp;I had pressed the button and quickly released it. &amp;nbsp;On the second try, I did hold it down longer, but only for about five seconds. &amp;nbsp;When I held it down for what was about ten seconds or more, the amber light started flashing. &amp;nbsp;From there, the rest of the process was automatic, and the camera was paired to the base station. &amp;nbsp;I repeated the process on my own for the second camera. &amp;nbsp;It should be noted that soon after each camera went back online, I was prompted to do a firmware update. &amp;nbsp;That update was "1.070.52.1_35_1bdb65f".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was relieved that the whole ordeal was finally over. &amp;nbsp;I had to take down two cameras, one from just under a soffit, and restore the positioning and configerations for each, which is kind of aggravating. &amp;nbsp;I had hoped that Arlo would push out another update to fix the original problem, but once the cameras were offline, I'm not sure that Arlo could bring them back to an online state.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly what the title says.&amp;nbsp; The usual 4:00ish update that comes in seems to have knocked all of my ultra 2s offline.&amp;nbsp; Re-syncing is NOT working.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else have this ridiculous crap going on?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is stupid. I have no camera system at all right now.&amp;nbsp; I don't feel very secure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All 4 of my Ultra 2 cameras went offline this morning.&amp;nbsp; My Pro 2 and Doorbell are still working fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suspect an update went out to the Ultra 2 which have messed things up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Chat support was not helpful.&amp;nbsp; Cameras still offline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last night around 9pm mountain time, also my ultra 2 cameras went down. My old arlos and that base station are fine. My ultra 2 base station shows blue, connected, but app shows them all offline including base station.&amp;nbsp; Did factory reset, started to connect but then same offline message after a few minutes&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A firmware release for these cameras was noted back on Sept. 7 (&lt;A href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/Arlo-Firmware-Release-Table/m-p/1920885#M791" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.arlo.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/Arlo-Firmware-Release-Table/m-p/1920885#M791&lt;/A&gt;). That likely means your cameras were updated a while ago, not in the past day or so.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you rebooted the hub and maybe reinserted batteries? Is there a difference between the app and the web client (my.arlo.com)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are the batteries charged? What happens if you remove the battery and insert it? That should cause a blue LED flash when the battery first makes contact, indicating power is connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some weird things happening with my &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Arlo Ultra 2 Wireless Security Camera" id="arlo-ultra-2"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp; and &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Arlo Essential Wired Video Doorbell" id="arlo-wired-video-doorbell"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;. A few days ago I noticed one of my Ultra 2 cameras was offline. I thought maybe the battery died and I missed the notification. Nope. It was still 50% charged. I fiddled around with it and got it back online. Don’t even remember what I did. A day later the wired doorbell has a message showing that says “temperature too low to record” yet it’s September in MS and 80°. Never seen that message before. Had to reboot the hub and reset the doorbell to get it back working. Now neither one camera or the doorbell are recording anything between 5:00pm and 8:00am the next morning. There is no time parameter settings to my knowledge. And there has definitely been activity during those times. What is going on here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;4xUltra 2 offline&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1xPro still working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, heavy battery drain on all ultra 2's over the last 24hrs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A reset and re-sync of each camera has brought them back to life but not sure if that's a permanent solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
