Arlo Camera Screw Mount Hole

How can I get a few spare metal screw mount holes for my dozen plus arlo cameras? I have a problem with the metal in the screw mount hole coming out and getting stuck to univeral mounts from OkeMeeo (pole/tree) and Wasserstein (gutter) when they need replacing or I decide to swap out 4k and 2k cameras at a specific location. This is a much bigger problem with the gutter mounts which I stopped using, but still a problem with OkeMeeo. On a tangential topic, I have a problem with OkeMeeo mounts deteriorating after 2 years of use due due to heat and/or humidity in Florida. Is there a more durable weather resistant pole/tree mount that works better than OkeMeeo?

However, he was able to RMA the cameras. I have figured out how to put the metal screw housing back in before, but still need to get a few spares since it is such a common problem as my mounts are degrading from the weather.
