Error. downloading my HD library

Hello.
When downloading my HD library when I am outside my Wifi network, I get a message
There was an error retrieving the Arlo library. The Arlo team is working on the issue.
Everything works flawlessly when I am connected to my home WiFi network.
Need some explanation / guide.

Are you talking about direct access to local storage? Or accessing cloud storage?

arlo ultra 2 camera's with smart hub. When i get 100 feet away from my house arlo can not access my library.

You didn't answer whether you're trying to access cloud recordings or local recordings on your hub. The former should work fine but requires a subscription to do so. The latter doesn't require the sub but works only when you're on your local network. To allow access when away from home you need to follow the directions in the hub settings for local storage to use either a VPN or port forwarding.
