App opens but no options, just the house icon, on Iphone

Hi,

I have an Arlo Ultra 2 camera system. I run the app on an iphone 12 mini, IOS 16.5. Everything is up to date.

When I open the app it only shows the house icon and the rest of the screen is blank. There is nothing I can do from that point. There are no buttons, or menus, or anything other than the house icon. I don't get notifications when camera senses movement. I have removed and re-installed a number of times including turning phone off in between but the same thing happens. My wife has an iphone 12 mini with IOS 16.5 and it works fine on hers.

I have no idea what to do at this point. Has anyone else had this problem?
