Arlo wireless camera dual battery charger, only charging on 1 side

My arlo security camera battery charging station is only charging on 1 side. both batteries are good. the charging station was not dropped or anything like that. I has been handled with care from day 1.

If you try charging a different battery in the problematic side of the charger, do you still experience the same behavior?
