how do I Save snapshots and live video

Hi
I've had Ring cameras for several years, their har a far better user interface than the Arlo app, but then again,,,not any high def cameras.

I am used to when i view the cameras live, the stream is saved as "live view" on the Ring system, is ther any way to do this om the Arlo app?

I am also having trouble with saving snapshots form the Arlo app on Ultra 2 when i am on my phone iPhone 12, works fine on the Arlo Doorbell! When i am logged on to my computer the bar with snapshot appears

When you start livestreaming, you should be seeing both a recording icon and a snaphot icon on the video. Just touch them.

Note that

you need to turn off local 4K streaming if you want these controls.
you also need a subscription

Hi, thanks for replying.

1. Local streaming is off

2. I have an Arlo subscription covering all cameras

Took a snapshot of the line in the bottom

The record button only occasionally appears?

It should appear whenever you are livestreaming the camera.
