Changing Arlo Wifi Network Password

I'm having a huge problem trying to change my Arlo wifi network password. It is asking for my current password, which I do not have. I keep getting sent to one company to another, does anyone know how to do this?

There is no arlo wifi password required for arlo cameras or base equipment.

The base connection to your local router is via a Ethernet cable so no wifi connection is possible.

The Base uses a closed wifi connection to the cameras which is not user accessible.

Some camera models do have direct wifi connection capability that does require you to connect directly to the local wifi router modem and thus would require a password.

You need to clarify what location in the arlo app you are when you are requested with the password.
