    <description>&lt;P&gt;Again the Android App doesn't show the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Manual record and snapshot buttons. It works on the computer but not with the admin account or my two guest accounts. I have the Subscription so that's not the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;I have the app version: 2.22&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have cleared the cache, data, uninstall and reinstalled the app and those buttons still don't show up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Why is this still a problem? this same issue has been happening on and off again for years !!!!! and it's still not perfect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The usual answer is that it's because you're set to 4K live viewing. Manual recording and snapshots are available up to 1080p settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
