    <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost connectivity of my cameras,&amp;nbsp; I am not able to connect to my WIFI.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have followed several troubleshooting videos and none of them worked.&amp;nbsp; When I try to reconnect the base, it takes long time to search for a network, then I get a message "No Arlo devices found"&amp;nbsp; Make sure your device is powered on correctly and you're connected to the network.&amp;nbsp; The model of my Arlo is&amp;nbsp; VMS 3330W.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will appreciate some assistance in getting my cameras back up and running.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First, double-check that the base is connected by ethernet to your router.&amp;nbsp; Then let us know the status of the base (by looking at the LEDs).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you saying that your home wifi no longer works?&amp;nbsp; If so, your router might have failed.&amp;nbsp; You could try power cycling it (removing/reinserting the power).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
