On my mobile app, I am getting a yellow dot on “settings” in lower right hand corner. What is this for?

It's an indication that there are some settings you might want to review. You might see some similar dots if you go into settings.

I've gone through settings multiple times on multiple days and saw no yellow dot anywhere. And today ... the yellow dot disappeared from my app's screen.
