Ultra 2 records 5 min regardless of settings

Out of no where my front camera starting recording 5 min videos and completely drains the battery within a day and notifications are beyond delayed. I’ve reset the gateway and removed and reinstalled the camera and still nothing. They’re less than a year old and on the verge of dumping Arlo as I’ve seen so many posts even dating back 4 years with this issue and no real answer

Have seen this myself but usually only for a short time. Never figured out why either.

Try doing factory reset of the cameras if not already attempted

I’ll try it again and see. I don’t know how something like that would just change. On a windy day totally get it. But it’s every time. I’m more annoyed that it’s killing the battery and I don’t receive alerts since it’s constantly recording

What mode are you using? What settings are in that mode?
