Arlo Ultra 2 difference

What is the difference between the Arlo Ultra 2 cameras being sold on Ebay and the new (re?)released Arlo Ultra 2 cameras? Is it the same hardware? They have 4: packs with the base station for under $900. Trying to find the best deal, but dont want to buy something if these new cameras have better hardware.

Anything bought from eBay doesn't have a warranty from Arlo. Only authorized distributors have the warranty. You'd be asked for the receipt as proof of purchase.
