Can't watch records from the SD card on my computer

I record my videos on a SD card, I can watch the movies in my Iphone, but when I log in to my computer it says that the library is empty. It does not matter if I'm on the local network, on VPN or on the internet.

Why is it not showing my records on a computer 🤬

As https://kb.arlo.com/000062337/What-is-Direct-Storage-Access-and-how-do-I-use-it-for-Arlo-video-recordings points out, Direct Storage Access is not available on my.arlo.com.
