Two users cannot log in at the same time using the same credentials. But you can set up a second account for one of the users, and then use "friend" access to share the cameras.

Though it's not in the two guides above, this works better if the "friend" accepts the invitation on a PC by clicking on "create account". That will open the browser to my.arlo.com. From there, they can either create an account - or if they already have on, just log into it.
