Ultra 2 stuck detecting motion

I have one ultra 2 wireless camera that is stuck in motion detection mode and it is not recording video. None of the others have the issue. I have reset the base, removed the battery from the camera, factory reset the camera. You name it I've done it to try to reset the camera and fix the issue. I am unaware of a valid solution for getting the camera to be unstuck from continually detecting motion. Any ideas or feedback would be appreciated.

Have you checked the threshold in the rule? What threshold is it using?
