      <title>Ultra 2 is not connecting to base</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My camera is not connecting to the base. I’ve done all the trouble shooting listed several times. I tried to buy a plan to be able to speak to someone and the system won’t let me because I can’t add the camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is with the VMB4500 base?&amp;nbsp; Or do you have a different model?&amp;nbsp; The VMB3000 and VMB3500 bases are not compatible with the Ultras.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Obviously skip the parts about removing it from your account, since it isn't onboarded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you are trying this from the app, then you might want to try onboarding from your PC browser (my.arlo.com).&lt;/P&gt;
