I have four cameras and a hub. We only need one of the cameras on 24 hours a day. We would like to just run the other three at night.

From what I find, its an all or none thing, set at the hub.

If so, is there an option to buy another hub for the one camera? Are there other options?

No, it's not all or none.

You create a custom mode that only includes a rule for the camera that you want on 24/7. Since the other cameras aren't in that mode, they will be disarmed when you use it. https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them

Then create a schedule that enables "armed" at night, and the custom mode during the day. Note that a single schedule entry can't span midnight, so you will need two entries for "armed" - one ending at 11:59 pm and the other starting at midnight. https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them

If you use geofencing, you can use "schedule" for your "home mode", and something else (perhaps armed) when you are away.
