Solar charging icon visible while AC charging

Recently switched from solar to AC charging for Arlo Ultra 2 camera. When connected to solar panel, sun icon was used to show solar charging. After switching to AC charging, a solid green battery with lightning bolt was used to show that camera was plugged in. Now, while still plugged into an outlet, camera shows the sun icon as if it is still charging via solar panel. Anyone have an idea why?

Hello. At the time of 2/24/2022 11:30pm, camera shows that it is charging via AC outlet.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.

No steps taken since customer support chat session on Sunday. They recommended that wait for 24 hrs or so to pass and see if solar charging icon disappears.
