      <title>Set up doorbell can Ultra 2 and came with secure trial but my fiance doesn't get any notifications</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a doorbell cam and just set up the ultra 2 with the hub. When we got the doorbell, my fiance set that up and set up the arlo secure account. When we got the cameras, I set them up with my app without thinking and they came with a secure trial, but he doesn't get the notifications. Why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;2 different user accounts with some devices on each. Use Settings, Grant Access to the other's email address to allow all cameras to be seen in that login.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or remove the cameras from your account and have him add them to his account. The trial subscription will likely go away since it's tied to the original user's account so wait until the trial is over and subscribe to a plan for all cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
