    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why cant you email or talk to a human being?&amp;nbsp; I have spent an hour an a half with the stupidest customer service rep on chat with NO resolution regarding a broken camera that is only three months old!!!!.&amp;nbsp; I just cancelled my subscription on my other two cameras because I have lost patience and all confidence in Arlo support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
