How do I share videos from my 30 day storage plan?

I need to share my videos from my library to the local animal control people. I would also like to share videos with family back in the Midwest. I have the 30 day storage plan and need to share a few videos before they are erased from my access. I have the Costco 4 Ultra 2 package with the Smart Hub.

Can someone help?

Download the videos from the app or PC before they disappear. Then either share them (google drive, icloud, whatever), or email them.

I have tried downloading many times before but your reply had me keep trying. One problem is I cannot open any of my videos on my laptop ... still not sure why. But I have now downloaded to my laptop, attached to an email, and can share through emails. with my gmail account also on my iPhone, I can now save that email attachment to my "recent photo album" and then attach to a message if I want. It is not a smooth process but I can do it ... thank you!
