Only 1 camera has recording but the other two is greyed out?

I have an existing Arlo elite multi camera plans to support 3 cameras for recordings. Now, only 1 camera is recording and the other 2 are unable to record as the Recording function are greyed out in the Rules setting. How to I resolve the greyed out issue for the recording function?

Go into "manage cameras" in the subscription settings, and make sure that the cameras are still in the subscription plan(s).
