Arlo Ultra Camera with VMB400

I currently have 5 Arlo pro cameras on a couple of VMB4000 base stations. I put 2 on one and 3 on the other at different ends of the house. Works great.

I was thinking of replacing one of those cameras with a Arlo Ultra. I think if I want the 4k I have to step up the plan and that is ok.

But.... will I be able to get an alert off the ultra and be able to see it in 4k remotely on my iphone arlo app? Both recorded and live? I read somewhere that I will not be able to get live but can get recorded 4K? or I can get live on the ultra but it will be 1080. Can anyone straighten this out for me please?

bobkeenan,

With Ultra, you can live stream up to 4K when your mobile device is on the same network as the cameras. When you are remote, the maximum resolution for live streaming is 1080p.
