    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes but.&amp;nbsp; If the constant power doesn't keep the camera sufficiently warm, it will turn itself off when "cold enough" (the spec is -4F but constant power may change that). Only testing would prove this. You could try various scenarios by placing the camera in a freezer that can be cranked down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
