These "H" numbers are hardware revisions, and different models can share the same "H" revision. So this does not identify the camera model. I don't think this is an Ultra 3 (which uses the USB-C connector to charge).

FWIW, I modify the camera name to include the model number, so I know the model even if it is off line.

How do I know if it's my battery that's failed or the solar panel that's not working? I'm in a wheelchair now so getting up a ladder is an issue for me sadly.

Sadly there is no way to tell, unless the panel can recharge the battery. It might not be able to do that if the battery is completely discharged.

If you can get someone to help you, then you might consider getting an outdoor adapter, so you aren't running on battery.
