Ultra 2 XL Firmware update showing available but firmware up to date!

Does anyone know how to fix this:

The firmware number is the current installed firmware version! As such, it fails with an error:

The Ultra 2 XL is connected via an Ultra SmartHub (VMB5000).

A second Ultra 2 XL also connected via the VMB5000 is not requesting a Firmware update.

Try rebooting your hub. If no good, try reinserting the battery in the camera.

Hub reboot fixed it initially. Then it re-appeared. Third hub reboot fixed it. Just an observation - the battery was being charged at the time of this issue.
