      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two Arlo Ultra 2. I've been having this problem for a while now. I start the app on my phone, see both cameras, one works perfectly but as soon I click on play on the other camera, it just spins like an hourglass and never starts. I have the latest firmware and app version och and I have tried moving the other battery to the one that doesn't work but no change. The battery indicator tells me the battery is 98% loaded. &lt;LI&gt;open the housing and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 sec)&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, I think I have had the two cameras for like five years. Im on my way to buy two more cameras and just need to know if I have to buy two or three. I think the cameras are to expensive to just work for five years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you've done all there is to do.&amp;nbsp; About all that is left is removing everything from the account, and doing a paper-clip reset on the base then you add it back.&amp;nbsp; No guarantee that will solve anything though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
