Firmware update made cameras useless

Hi everyone I have a smart hub with 4 Arlo Ultra 2, last week the system requested to update firmware to

1.070.54.0_314be8bc. I did the updater and now several cameras are malfunctioning. Some declare they have no battery, when I connected them to the charger the battery is full.

Other I have connected to the energy show a cero percent battery. Other also connected show no battery reading g at all.

It has completely destroyed my security at home and when contacted support the super bot they have said:

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are not entitled to live agent support. However, you can utilize any of the self-support options available to you including this chat bot, the Arlo Community, and the Arlo support site where you can find how-to articles and videos.

So now I am completely lost here. Hope someone can help me out.

Not sure why so late - that release for the Ultra 2 was nearly 2 months ago.

Have you restarted the hub? Reinsert the battery on one camera to see what happens.
