      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had any luck with arlo support?&amp;nbsp; I've called and emailed.&amp;nbsp; They called me back to send me to someone else and have been on hold for over an hour. Is this normal customer service for this company?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes.&amp;nbsp; I am also having issues contacting support.&amp;nbsp; I created a case several days ago and I have yet to have a response.&amp;nbsp; I tried calling and requested a call back but I did not receive a call.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
