    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the Arlo Ultra 2 kit which include the base station with 3 cameras. I use a micro SD card for storing videos captured. I'm not about to pay the ridiculous prices for one of the plans they offer. It has always worked for me how I've been using it since I purchased it at a local Best Buy .......Until this past week!!!!!! Now its pretty much worthless if I cant access videos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their support ????? WHAT SUPPORT???? NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WTF ARLO!!!!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I log in to get into my account, then when I try to start a CHAT BOX, I'm asked to sign in AGAIN,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ONLY TO BE TOLD I DONT HAVE THE RIGHT E MAIL AND / OR PASSWORD&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago"&gt;THE SAME ONE I HAD JUST USED TO LOG IN ,TO&amp;nbsp;BEGIN WITH!!!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've started having the same issue as described. App closes as soon as I click on any specific video to view it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've uninstalled, then reinstalled the App. Before that, I rebooted the base by unplugging the power supply for at least a minute, then plugging back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is a BUG with the App,&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT face="impact,chicago"&gt;THEN FIX IT!!!!!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A person would trust a product, and what the manufacturer claims it will do, after dropping $800 plus on a product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our one and only&amp;nbsp; Amazon RING doorbell is sure making your system look like a pretty bad investment on my part.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RANT OVER...... STILL PISSED HERE IN NW MISSOURI!!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

App crashes everytime.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried reinstalling app, formatting microSD card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other things work except locally stored videorecordings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They worked to watch, after press download in app for appr 3 weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes same thing here it's been going on for 2 days. I've emptied my SD card I've reformatted it I've restarted my cameras I restarted my modem. I tried to talk to them by chat and they said I'm not entitled to talk to a real person because I don't have a subscription. I found it is working on my iPad but not on my Android phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same exact problem on my Android phone and on my Windows computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone did not help. But it works on my iPad. I can see the recorded videos and I am able to play them. But if I do it on my Android for my Windows computer it crashes. The Windows computer is arlo website the Android is an app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue. App was auto updated on 1-15-25 @ 2:18a and can no longer view locally stored videos. Even the viewed thumbnail pics have all disappeared. App crashes and closes when trying to view a video and got an error saying there is a bug in the app, wait until the developer fixes the problem, and re-install. I have Arlo Ultra 2 Cams and Base Station.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep sure am just noticed it today when I had an alert and could not access the stored video or any previous stored videos. I have the latest version, the one that was released on 10 Jan 25 as well. I have tried the same things as you but still no effect. Hopefully someone might have an answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since having an internet outage, when I go to Library, select my Arlo Hub which has a hard drive attached and see my list of Motion Alerts from my two cameras, I click either camera alert and the app crashes immediately. Have rebooted the hub, even powered it down and still get this problem. This is occuring on both my android phone and android tablet. So, at present I can view all live video from both cameras, but can not view alert clips from either camera via my Alrlo Hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
