Hi James
Case number is 41284757
It is shocking how people don't read the thread to understand the problem.
Tonight I have been asked again for model number and date of purchase. This is now the 5th (fifth) time I have been asked this and it is being very frustrating. This back and forth had been going on for over 5 weeks with it taking usually around 4-5 days to get a response after it takes me maximum 5 hours to respond.
I have had to leave my house unsecured over the holidays as this was the point of purchasing and choosing arlo.

After weeks of very very slow response times from Arlo support and now they are closing ticket after 7 days because they failed to respond to my ticket I have decided enough is enough. I am returning this product for a refund and will go with another company where they actually do care about after sales. Looking at trust pilot, this company is in the toilet and mainly because of their support center.

Shame as it looked like a great product....if it worked.

I apologize for the poor support experience. What issue are you experiencing? Do you have a ticket number I can take a look at for potential escalation/followup?
