Just purchased a new Arlo Ultra with 2 camera kit yesterday. I have it set up and working but I could not find a way to activate the free 1 year subscription. New account. I only see the option for 1 free month. Please help.

The free 1 year plan is automatically applied when adding the SmartHub to an eligible account. To be eligible for the free 1 year, the kit must be set up in the same country in which it was purchased (for example, if the kit was purchased in the US, the account must also be set up in the US.).

Are you using the kit in the same country in which it was purchased?

Hi James - yes. Purchased in Minnesota using it in MInnesota. What can I do or check?
