Arlo Ultra not detecting any motion vms5240

I have an Arlo Ultra two camera kit

one of the cameras works fine, no issues

the other won’t detect any motion whatsoever ie. not in the motion detection test and not with motion directly in front of it without obstruction

I’ve tried resetting base, removing camera battery, deleting camera and readding, it just flat out won’t detect any motion

I had exactly the same problem but with pro 2, it was due to camera was to far away from the base station, when I put a new base station near that camera it started to work, it hasn't failed for some weeks now, but as I sad i only have pro 2 for the moment.

Thanks but makes no difference in my situation, I can be right next to the base and still no motion is detected
