Is it possible to view ultra or pro 2 cameras remotely ( ie away from home)on iPhone without a subscription

You can view any of the Arlo cameras remotely for free if you have 5 or less cameras... on an app for phone or computer at https://my.arlo.com

Ultras do require a paid plan for cloud recording after first yr free... ( but can still live view without )

( pro/pro2 do not if 5 or less cameras )

Works even when away on a cruise ship if you have internet access or LTE on phone

With the ultra, can you still record to sd card after the year without subscription?
Trying to avoid the whole subscription thing
Only really need live view and short term recording as it is for home not a business

Arlo says they will provide free direct access to your SD card before the trial memberships expire.

So the answer is "yes, but they haven't released that feature yet."
