CVR with Solar Panels?

I have the arlo ultra 4 cam kit connection to solar panels, so they get recharged every day. Can I purchase the CVR if they are connect to solar panels? Is this added cost different from the 4k purchase kit?

Solar panels do not supply enough power to support CVR. CVR is a separate paid plan.

So the only way to get cvr is to run ac power from inside the house to the camera? I should just return these and get the nest cameras
